Course Performance & Analytics Dashboard 📊

The Course Performance & Analytics Dashboard offers deeper insights into how your course performs over time. This dashboard allows you to analyze trends across various time periods and to filter by day of the week, helping you better understand patterns in play volume, pace, and restricted-area activity.

 

Access the Dashboard:

Users can access the dashboard by choosing “Course Performance Dashboard” from the FAIRWAYiQ slide-out menu.

 

Let's dive into each area of the dashboard:

• Time Period & Days

  "Time Period” filter allows user to view metrics across various timeframes -  daily, weekly (last 7d), monthly (last 4w), yearly (last 12m), and max (all data).

  “Days” filter allows user to filter by particular day in week (M,T,W,T,F,S,S), allowing user to see trends over time for particular day in week (e.g., pace of play trend for Friday, Saturday, & Sunday over course of full year).

  

• Rounds Played 

  Shows the total amount of all rounds played (partial & completed). If players are mapped to carts, all player rounds will be represented; if not, metric is calculated at the cart level.

  Trend compares to previous time period (note: this adjusts in accordance to “Time Period” filter).

  

• Avg Pace of Play

  Shows the average pace of play for given time period. Metric only factors in full 18-hole rounds.

  Trend compares to previous time period (note: this adjusts in accordance to “Time Period” filter).

  

• Geofence Violations

  Shows the total amount of geofence violations committed by cart for given time period.

  Trend compares to previous time period (note: this adjusts in accordance to “Time Period” filter).

  

• Pace of Play vs Rounds Played Chart

  Chart shows both average pace of play and rounds played, which allows user to understand the correlation between rounds played & pace of play. 

  Pace values are calculated off completed rounds only, while “Rounds” assume both completed and partial rounds. 

  

• Geofence Violations by Type

  Chart depicts amount of geofence violations over time period. Stacked bars represent different types of violations (Greens, Fairways, Tees, Other)

  

• Hole by Hole 

  The “Hole by Hole” chart shows key performance metrics partitioned by each hole on the course. 

  Benchmark: Hole level pace benchmark set in FiQ “Admin”  

  Actual: Actual average pace per hole

  Variance: Comparison of pace benchmark and actual pace (Actual Pace - Pace Benchmark

  Geofence Violations: Total amount of geofence violations per hole
